Order Processing
All orders are freshly baked and prepared. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing unless otherwise stated.
Processing times may be longer during holidays, special promotions, or high-volume periods.
Shipping Methods
We ship orders using reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or other shipping providers. Shipping times will depend on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout.
Typical shipping times range from 2–5 business days after processing.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Delays
Once a package has been shipped, delivery times are controlled by the shipping carrier. Doughmination by Czarina is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product so we can assist you.
Lost Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will do our best to assist when possible.
