Thank you for supporting Doughmination by Czarina. Because our products are freshly baked food items, we maintain the following refund and cancellation policy.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase, provided that preparation of the order has not already begun.

Once an order has entered the baking or preparation process, it cannot be canceled.
Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of baked goods, all sales are generally final. We do not accept returns.
However, refunds or replacements may be issued in the following circumstances:

Your order was not delivered
If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include:

We will review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a refund, replacement, or store credit.
Order Changes
Requests to modify an order must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After that time, we may not be able to accommodate changes.
